Yellow Epoxy Board

Yellow epoxy board, also known as 3240 epoxy phenolic glass cloth laminated sheet, is manufactured by hot-pressing and baking alkali-free electrical glass fiber cloth impregnated with epoxy resin. It features high mechanical strength, excellent dielectric properties, good heat and moisture resistance (heat resistance class B), and fine machinability, with a density of about 2.0-2.1, available in common sizes like 1220×2440mm and thicknesses ranging from 0.1mm to 2mm. This flame-retardant insulating material is widely applied as core insulation components in generators, motors, transformers and electronic appliances.
