The FR4 Laminate Sheet is a high-performance, flame-retardant epoxy glass-fabric-reinforced composite, manufactured by bonding multiple layers of E-glass cloth with an epoxy resin system that meets UL94 V 0 flammability requirements. It offers exceptional electrical insulation (dielectric strength up to 20 kV/mm depending on thickness), high mechanical strength (flexural strength ≥400 MPa), and excellent dimensional stability with low moisture absorption (≤0.10%). The sheet maintains stable performance over a continuous operating temperature range of up to 130–140°C (Class B/F). Available in thicknesses from 0.1 mm to 100 mm and standard panel sizes such as 1020×1220 mm, 1220×2440 mm, or 1000×2000 mm, the FR4 laminate is easily fabricated via cutting, drilling, milling, and punching. Its natural color is typically light yellow-green or water-clear, with custom colors available. Widely used in printed circuit boards (PCBs), electrical insulation components (spacers, washers, terminal boards, switchgear), high-voltage barriers, test fixtures, and structural parts for electronics, automotive, and industrial equipment. It complies with IEC 60893-3-2 (EPGC203) and NEMA FR4 standards, delivering reliable, cost-effective performance for demanding electrical and mechanical applications.
