G10 Sheet

The G10 Sheet is a high-strength, glass-fabric-reinforced epoxy laminate, manufactured by impregnating continuous-woven E-glass cloth with an epoxy resin system and curing under high temperature and pressure. Unlike FR4, G10 is not formulated with flame-retardant additives, which allows it to offer slightly higher mechanical strength and lower moisture absorption in certain grades. It exhibits excellent electrical insulation properties (dielectric strength up to 20 kV/mm, thickness dependent), outstanding flexural strength (≥400 MPa), very low water absorption (≤0.10%), and superior dimensional stability over a wide temperature range, with continuous operation up to 130–140°C (Class B/F). Available in thicknesses from 0.1 mm to 100 mm and standard sheet sizes such as 1020×1220 mm, 1220×2440 mm, the G10 sheet is easily machinable (cutting, drilling, milling, punching) and can be fabricated into gears, bearings, electrical insulation components (spacers, washers, terminal boards), structural parts, PCB drill back-up boards, test fixtures, and high-voltage barriers.
