The Anti Static Fiberglass Sheet is a glass-fabric-reinforced epoxy laminate specially designed to dissipate static electricity, preventing electrostatic discharge (ESD) damage to sensitive electronic components. It is manufactured by incorporating conductive or static-dissipative additives into the epoxy resin system, or by applying a permanent anti static coating to the surface, resulting in a surface resistance typically in the range of 10⁵ – 10⁹ ohms (customizable per application). This sheet retains the excellent mechanical, electrical, and dimensional properties of standard FR4 or G10 materials, including high flexural strength (≥400 MPa), low moisture absorption (≤0.10%), good dielectric strength (≥20 kV/mm for the base laminate), and a wide operating temperature from -40°C to 130°C (Class B). Available in thicknesses from 0.2 mm to 50 mm and standard sheet sizes such as 1020×1220 mm, the anti static fiberglass sheet is easily machinable (cutting, drilling, milling) and is widely used in ESD safe workbenches, test fixtures, PCB handling trays, equipment covers, electronic assembly lines, and static sensitive device packaging.
