The Battery Insulation Epoxy Board is a high-performance glass-fabric-reinforced epoxy laminate specifically engineered for electrical insulation and structural protection in battery systems, including lithium-ion battery packs, energy storage units, and electric vehicles (EVs). It offers excellent dielectric strength (typically ≥14 kV/mm), high mechanical rigidity (flexural strength ≥340 MPa), and outstanding flame retardancy (UL94 V-0).
The board is resistant to moisture, chemicals, and temperature variations, with a continuous operating temperature up to 130°C (Class B). Its low water absorption (<0.15%) and high dimensional stability ensure reliable long-term performance under harsh operating conditions. Available in thicknesses ranging from 0.2 mm to 200 mm and in standard sheet sizes (e.g., 1020×1220 mm, 1220×2440 mm), the material can be easily cut, punched, or CNC machined into battery cell separators, module end plates, busbar covers, and other custom insulating components.
Colors commonly include orange, green, red, black, or natural yellow for identification in high-voltage applications. This epoxy board meets GB/T 1303.1-1998 or IEC EPGC201 standards, providing a safe, durable, and cost-effective insulation solution for modern battery systems.
