Material:Epoxy resin+fiberglass cloth. Available in thickness(0.1-100mm)

Common Grades

G10 – general-purpose electrical and mechanical insulation.

G11 – enhanced thermal performance, suitable for elevated-temperature applications.

FR4 – flame-retardant grade, self-extinguishing.

3240 – high-strength grade meeting industrial laminate standards.

Key Properties

Electrical – excellent dielectric strength, high surface and volume resistivity, stable insulation under humid conditions.

Mechanical – rigid, strong, and dimensionally stable; good impact and flexural strength.

Thermal – withstands continuous operation at moderate to high temperatures (grade-dependent); short-term tolerance to higher peaks.

Chemical – resists dilute acids, alkalis, and common solvents; absorbs very little moisture.

Flame retardancy – FR4 grade offers self-extinguishing performance.
