The FR4 Epoxy Board is a high-strength, flame-retardant laminate made from woven E-glass fabric impregnated with epoxy resin and cured under high temperature and pressure. Rated UL94 V 0, it offers excellent electrical insulation (dielectric strength up to 20 kV/mm, thickness dependent), high flexural strength (≥400 MPa), low moisture absorption (≤0.10%), and superior dimensional stability. It operates continuously at up to 130–140°C (Class B/F). Available in thicknesses from 0.1 mm to 100 mm and standard sheet sizes like 1020×1220 mm or 1220×2440 mm, the FR4 epoxy board is easy to machine (cut, drill, mill, punch) and is widely used in PCBs, electrical spacers, washers, switchgear, transformer insulation, test fixtures, and high-voltage barriers. It meets IEC 60893-3-2 (EPGC203) and NEMA FR4 standards, providing a reliable, cost effective solution for demanding electrical and mechanical applications.
